I am also writing in praise of your delivery driver Shane who delivered a 22000 litre tank to my property. I shouldn't really call him a "Delivery Driver" – Shane is much more than that. Shane is part Einstein Problem Solver, Part Acrobatic Truck Driver who can move his vehicle into tight driveways and part Calming Therapist who can deal with yuppie knuckleheads like me.
